This 1 day training course covers all aspects of customer service/handling and client communications for Carpet Cleaners as well as Occupational Health & Safety for the carpet cleaner as required by the current Australian government legislation. This course has been designed to comply with the competency standards required for Certificates II and III in Asset Maintenance, Carpet Cleaning.
